Homemade pasta with egg yolks: how to make it in a few simple steps!

Why buy it when you make it at home!

INGREDIENTS
7 yolks
Salt
200g (1.6 cup) flour (all purpose)
 
METHOD
  1. Add salt to the flour, mix. Pour flour on the table, make a circle of flour with a hole in the middle. Pour in the yolks and knead the dough.
  2. Wrap the dough in foil and leave for 40 minutes.
  3. Roll out the cake, roll up the roll and cut the pasta.
