How to make puffed pasta

Have you ever tried puffed pasta? It's absolutely gorgeous!
Perfect as a snack or an aperitif!
INGREDIENTS
pasta
salt
vegetable oil
METHOD
1. First, cook the pasta at leat twice the normal cooking time.
2. Then drain the pasta and let it dry for at least 24 hours or 3 hours in the oven at 90°C.

3. Fry the pasta in hot oil and with just a few seconds.
These are dangerously addictive, but we aren't mad about it!
