Homemade ricotta: healthier and cheaper!

All you have to do is pour lemon juice into the milk, you’ll never have to buy it again!
INGREDIENTS
1l fresh milk
juice of 1 lemon
1l fresh milk
juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
1. Microwave the milk for two minutes. It should be hot but not be boiling.
2. Pour the lemon juice into the milk and stir.
3. Let it sit undisturbed for at least 10 minutes, then remove the milk curds that have formed.
4. Press the curds into a cheese mold and refrigerate overnight.
5. When it’s compact and creamy it’s ready to be served.
