Ricotta fritters: very soft and sweet!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 cup) Ricotta cheese
1 Egg
A pinch of salt
130g (1 cup) Flour
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder

METHOD
  1. Put the ricotta cheese, egg, salt and mix. Stir the flour and baking powder into it and mix well.
  2. Knead the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough and make stripes of it. Cut the many pieces.
  4. Fry them and serve them with powdered sugar.
