Sweet focaccia: delicious and very soft!

You only need a glass to make an incredible dessert!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200ml (4/5 cup) milk;
2 eggs;
a pinch of salt;
45g (3 tbsp) sugar;
5g (1 tsp) vanillin;
7g (1 ½ tsp) dry yeast;
7g (1 ½ tsp) dry yeast;
120g (½ cup) melted butter;
500g (3 4/5 cups) flour;
Custard cream;
Strawberries.
METHOD
- Add milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs, yeast, butter and flour to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Pour the dough into a greased baking tin. Leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
- Make holes in the dough with glass and fill them with cream. Coat with egg yolk.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with strawberries and powdered sugar. Serve.
