INGREDIENTS
2 eggs

60g sugar
40ml sesame oil
250ml milk
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and salt. Add the oil, flour, and milk. Lastly, add the baking powder to the batter.
2. Pour the batter onto a sheet pan and garnish with pieces of fruit and cream.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Serve warm and topped with maple syrup.
