Shortcrust pastry teaspoons: a delicious appetizer to try!

A tasty appetizer that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/3 cups) of flour
50g (1/4 cup) of grated parmesan cheese
100g (1/4 cup) of butter
2 egg yolks
60ml (1/3 cup) of water
50g (1/4 cup) of grated parmesan cheese

For the mousse:
400g of cooked ham
400g (1 2/3 cups) of ricotta cheese
400g of cooked ham
400g (1 2/3 cups) of ricotta cheese
METHOD
- Add the flour, parmesan, egg, water into the chopper and mix until is all well combined.
- Roll out the dough (half a cm high) and carve the shape with a cookie cutter (shaped like a teaspoon). Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes.
- Add the ham into the chopper and mix at high speed. Add the ricotta cheese and mix until is all well combined.
- Put the mousse in a baking bag with a large star nozzle and make small tufts on the spoons of cheese. Decorate on top with green olives cut in half.
