Shortcrust pastry teaspoons: a delicious appetizer to try!

A tasty appetizer that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/3 cups) of flour
50g (1/4 cup) of grated parmesan cheese
100g (1/4 cup) of butter
2 egg yolks
60ml (1/3 cup) of water
 
For the mousse:
400g of cooked ham
400g (1 2/3 cups) of ricotta cheese

METHOD
  1. Add the flour, parmesan, egg, water into the chopper and mix until is all well combined.
  2. Roll out the dough (half a cm high) and carve the shape with a cookie cutter (shaped like a teaspoon). Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the ham into the chopper and mix at high speed. Add the ricotta cheese and mix until is all well combined.
  4. Put the mousse in a baking bag with a large star nozzle and make small tufts on the spoons of cheese. Decorate on top with green olives cut in half.
