Shortcrust pastry candies: how to make these delicious biscuits step by step!

INGREDIENTS

90g sour cream

90g of butter

1 yolk

200g (1 1/4 cup) of flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Cherries without the pits

Powdered sugar

METHOD

In a bowl mix together butter, sour cream, and yolk, and add flour and baking powder.
Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles, and fill with cherries without the pits.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
