2 colors crepes: how to make a unique dessert in no-time

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
A pinch salt of salt
460ml (2 cups) of milk
210g (1 3/4 cups) of flour
25g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, salt, milk, and flour and mix all together to obtain a mixture without lump. Transfer the 3/4 mixture to another bowl.
2. Add the cocoa to the bowl with 3/4 mixture and mix to combine well.
3. Pour the ladle of the cocoa mixture into the pan and draw the lines on the top with the white mixture. Make the circle with the toothpick.
4. Fill the crepes with hazelnut cream. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
