Two colors pound cake: the result is so unique!

This dessert is irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs;
200 g (7 oz) sugar;
120 ml (4 fl.oz) water;
120 ml (4 fl.oz) vegetable oil;
350 g (12.3 oz) flour;
1 ½ tsp baking powder;
20 g (0.7 oz) cocoa powder;
zest 1 lemon;
2 tbsp water;
White and dark chocolate for decoration.
METHOD
- Whisk eggs with salt and sugar, add vegetable oil, water, zest and whisk again.
- Combine liquids with dry ingredients: flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth batter forms.
- Divide the batter in half and mix one half with cocoa and 2 tbsp water.
- Pour two halves of the batter into a prepared pan at the same time to make a distinct boarded between them.
- Bake for 180C/350F for 50-55 minutes.
- Melt white and dark chocolate and cover each half as shown in the video.
