Sweet and savory crepes: how to make them perfect in a few quick steps!

The recipe to make amazing crepes every time!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
2g (½ tsp) salt
10g (2 tsp) sugar
125g (1 cup) flour
250ml (1 cup) milk
12ml (1 tbsp) oil
 
Filling:
Honey
Coconut grains
 
METHOD
  1. Add eggs, sugar, salt to the mixing bowl. Whisk with a mixer.
  2. Add milk, oil, and sifted flour. Mix. Rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake on an oiled pan.
  4. Serve with coconut grains and honey.
