Easy crepe recipe: how to make them perfect!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
65g (1/3 cup) Sugar
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
350ml (1 2/3 cup) Milk
250g (2 cups) Flour
400ml (1 2/3 cup) Boiling water
15g cocoa powder
Hazelnut cream
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl beat together eggs with sugar and oil, add in milk, water and flour.
  2. Divide a few tablespoons of mixture and add in cocoa powder.
  3. On a hot pan add white mixture and top with cocoa mixture making a spiral. Fry from both sides until lightly golden.
