Soft and elastic tortillas: how to make them perfect in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) of flour
470ml (2 cups) of water
5g (1 tsp) of salt
5g (1 tsp) of sugar
15g (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil
470ml (2 cups) of water
5g (1 tsp) of salt
5g (1 tsp) of sugar
15g (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil
METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour and gradually add the water and mix the batter. When all is well mixed add the sugar, salt, and oil and mix all.
- Preheat the pan and add the batter with the ladle and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
- Flip the tortilla and bake on both sides. After cooking cover them with a cloth.
