Potato omelette: the method to make it very special!

A quick and genius method to make the best omelette ever!

INGREDIENTS

6-8 potatoes

1/2 tsp salt

3 bay leaves

4 eggs

1 tsp minced garlic

1/3 tsp paprika

1/3 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp chopped parsley

50g chopped mozzarella cheese

METHOD

Clean and cut potatoes, boil them in water for 5 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and mix them with eggs, garlic, parsley, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Transfer it to the pan and fry it covered for about 10-12 minutes on low heat, flip it, sprinkle shredded cheese, and fry for another 10 minutes.
