If you love strawberries this cake is just for you!

INGREDIENTS
250g of strawberries
2 eggs
170g (3/4 cup) of sugar
160ml (3/4 cup) of milk
70ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
Vanilla extract
210g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Cut the strawberries into cubes and set them aside.
2. In a bowl, whip the eggs with the sugar.
3. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt and mix well.
4. Once all the ingredients are combined, add the strawberries and stir well to distribute them well in the batter.
5. Pour the batter into the mold, we are using a 22cm one, but you can also use muffin cups or a loaf pan!
6. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
7. Once baked, dust it with powdered sugar.
