Unicorn cream tart: this cake is just as pretty as it is tasty!

Do you love unicorns? Here’s the perfect cake for you!
INGREDIENTS
shortcrust:
2 eggs
150g butter
150g sugar
300g flour

250ml whipped cream
250g mascarpone cheese
red food coloring
2 tbsp of powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the shortcrust pastry. With the help of a stencil, cut out two unicorns and bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
2. Let them cool completely. In the meantime, prepare the cream by combining whipped cream and the mascarpone cheese. Add the powdered sugar and the food coloring.
3. Fill with the cream and strawberries.
4. Decorate any way you like.
