Unicorn Cake: an original recipe!

Ingredients:24 Muffins.
Sprinkles.
Buttercream Frosting.
Sugar Paste.
Fondant Icing.
Chocolate writing paste.
Instructions:
Take a large piping nozzle and cut a whole in the top of the muffins and fill with sprinkles filling the whole with a lid of muffin when done.
Arrange in the shape of a βhorsesβ head.
Cover with buttercream frosting, adding extra to contour for the jaw bone and the nostrils.
Form an ear and a horn with fondant icing.
Add a mane with coloured sugar paste.
Draw an eye with some chocolate writing paste.
Add some more sprinkles to the mane and enjoy.
