Bologna mousse: a creamy and tasty idea for a perfect appetizer!

This mortadella mousse is an explosion of flavor that you should definitely try! It will be perfect to serve for your aperitifs.
INGREDIENTS
300g of bologna
180g of ricotta
50g of parmesan cheese
1-2 tablespoons of fresh cream
METHOD
1. Blend the diced bologna, ricotta and parmesan.
2. Add the fresh cream and continue to blend and add if necessary until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
3. Your mousse is ready! Serve it as you like and enjoy it.
