Chocolate mousse: a simple dessert to surprise everyone!

It's irresistible! You only need a few ingredients to make the best mousse of your life!

INGREDIENTS
Cream:
• 1L milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp starch
• 120g sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 pkg cream
• 1 pkg vanilla
• 160g chocolate
• cocoa cookies
 
METHOD
  1. Pour the milk into the pan and add the egg yolks, sugar and starch. Bring to the boil and let it thicken. Then add butter, salt, cream and vanilla.
  2. Finally, divide the cream into two parts and add the chocolate in one, mix until combined.
  3. Add biscuits on the bottom of the glass and pour the white and chocolate cream on top.
