Chocolate cones: the perfect dessert to surprise everyone!

You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
150g (2/3 cup) butter
400g (3 1/4 cups) flour
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
50g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
1 egg
1/3 tsp salt
150g chocolate
500ml (2 1/4 cups) milk
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
50g (1/4 cup) butter
40g (1/3 cup) starch
1 egg
Sugar
Raspberries for decoration
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, and butter. Add in milk and egg.
- In a pan add milk, cornstarch, and sugar, cook on low heat until thick. Turn off the heat and add in chocolate, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Divide the dough into two pieces. Roll out each piece and cut it into strips. Wind each strip on a cone.
- Transfer to the baking pan and spread with egg and sprinkle with sugar, bake at 180’C (350’F) for 30 minutes.
- Fill each cone with prepared chocolate cream.
