Christmas house: a perfect dessert to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
80g sugar
90g flour
1 tsp baking powder
300g whipped cream
3/4 tbsp hazelnut cream
Chocolate drops
1/2 cup water
1 orange juice
Chocolate cookies
METHOD
- Beat eggs with sugar, add flour and baking powder, mix with a spatula. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 175C/345F. Let it cool.
- Cut the cake into 3 rectangles, plus 1 less, plus one even less.
- Whip the cream, add hazelnut cream. Soak the sliced rectangle of the cake with water mixed with orange juice.
- Spread the cream and sprinkle with chocolate drops. Coat the house with cream on top. Decorate with chocolate cookies. Squeeze whipped cream onto the top edge of the roof. With the help of cookies, we form the roof. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
