INGREDIENTS
800g Chicken breast on the bone
3 cloves garlic
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp oil
Zucchini
Tomato
100g cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Make cuts in the chicken breast. Combine chopped garlic, soy sauce, honey and vegetable oil. Spread over the chicken breast. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut zucchini, tomato and cheese into slices. Insert slices of zucchini, cheese and tomato into the incisions. Grease on all sides with the remaining marinade.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
