How to stuff and cook a whole cabbage!

Empty the whole cabbage and boil it! The result is amazing! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cabbage
• 200g ground chicken
• 1 onion
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 egg white
• 2 tbsp potato starch
 
Tomato sauce:
• 200ml / 6.8oz Tomato Sauce
• 2 tbsp Oil
• salt
• pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Cut a head from cabbage. Chop the onion. Add salt, pepper, garlic, egg white, starch to the ground chicken. Mix. Add chopped onion. Stuffing put in cabbage.
  2. Put cabbage in a pan and pour water. Cook for 15 minutes. Cook the tomato sauce. Remove the prepared cabbage, turn it on a serving plate and pour in tomato sauce.
