How to cook meatballs and cabbage in a jar!

This method is genius!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 kg cabbage
• 1 carrot
• 2 onions
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 500g ground-turkey
• 1 cup rice
• 1 egg
• black pepper
• bay leaf
• salt
 
METHOD
  1. Boil rice until half cooked.
  2. In ground-turkey put rice, salt, egg. Knead and form meatballs. Fry until half cooked.
  3. Chop cabbage. Add chopped onions, grated carrots, tomato paste, salt, pepper.
  4. Mix.
  5. Put the cabbage and meatballs in layers in the jar, as in the video. Put the jar in a cold oven. Bake for 80 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
