Meatballs savory cake: a fun recipe to try!

Pour the batter over the meatballs and the result is mouth-watering!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Ground beef – 300 g
1 Onion
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Chinese cabbage – 2 leaves
Parsley
For the dough:
4 Eggs
Salt – 1 Tsp
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Kefir – 200 ml
Flour – 150 g
Baking powder
Butter – 150 g
Cornstarch – 2 Tbsp
METHOD
- Grate the onion. Chop the chinese cabbage and parsley.
- In a large bowl put ground beef, salt, pepper, grated onion, parsley and chinese cabbage. Form the balls and put them in oiled baking pan.
- In a large bowl, put the eggs, salt and sugar. Mix it and then add kefir, flour, cornstarch, baking powder and melted butter. Mix and pour into the bowl with meatballs.
- Bake at 360°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
