Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino: the quick and easy midnight pasta

Don't worry! We only need a few ingredients to make a masterpiece.

This is the Italian midnight pasta: spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino.
Ingredients:
320g spaghetti 0.7 lb
3 cloves of garlic
1 small bunch of parsley
6 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
red chilli pepper to taste
salt
200g Pecorino cheese
Method:
1. Olive oil in the pan.
2. Then add garlic and parsley stems.
3. When the garlic turns golden, remove it from the pan.
4. Now chop some fresh garlic, chilli and parsley
5. Add a splash of pasta water.
6. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water and strain them “aldente’’.
7. Add salt and some more pasta water.
8. Grate some fresh pecorino cheese.
