Zucchini clouds: a unique way to eat some veggies!

This is the best zucchini recipe ever!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini (300g)
5 eggs
50g (0.4 cup) flour
4 tbsp (60g) parmesan
4 tbsp (60g) of cooking cream
10ml (0.3oz) of oil
2 tsp (12g) salt
1 tsp pepper

METHOD
  1. Wash and chop the zucchini, add salt and pepper, then fry in oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, flour, cream and parmesan, then add the zucchini to the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin and bake at 180 ° for 15 to 20 minutes.
