Zucchini clouds: fluffy and yummy ready in a few minutes!

These fritters are unbelievably easy to make, low calorie, and the perfect way to sneak in some veggies!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 2 zucchini
• 5 tbsp white cheese
• 3 eggs
• 150g flour
• 200ml milk
• 40ml olive oil
• 2 tsp baking powder
• cooking oil
METHOD
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites. In a bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, salt, olive oil and cheese.
- Gradually add flour with baking powder.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the zucchini slices and egg whites.
- Fry the mixture using spoons in a large amount of vegetable oil.
