Choco bread rolls: fluffy and super quick!

They are really delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
440g (3 ½ cups) Cake flour
150g (¾ cup) Sugar
5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
100g (¾ cup) Powdered milk
6g (1 tsp) Salt
250ml (1 cup) Warm water
Vanilla – 1 tsp / 5g
110g (½ cup) Butter
Filling:
210g (1 ¾ cup) Cake flour
150g (¾ cup) Sugar
25g (2 ½ tbsp) Cocoa
3g (½ tsp) Salt
1 Egg
Water – 3 Tbsp / 45g
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
- For the dough: In a bowl add flour, dry yeast, sugar, powdered milk and salt. Mix it a little and then add warm water and vanilla. Mix it and add butter and knead it well. Let it rest for a while.
- For filling: In a bowl add flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix and add egg and butter. Knead it ad let it rest.
- Divide the dough into 20 balls and save then for later. Repeat that procedure with filling.
- Spread the dough ball add the filling ball. Merge them and spread it. Incise and then roll them. Put them onto a baking pan. Coat them with egg. Bake them at 170C for 15 minutes.
