Choco bread rolls: fluffy and super quick!

They are really delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
440g (3 ½ cups) Cake flour
150g (¾ cup) Sugar
5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
100g (¾ cup) Powdered milk
6g (1 tsp) Salt
250ml (1 cup) Warm water
Vanilla – 1 tsp / 5g
110g (½ cup) Butter
 
Filling:
210g (1 ¾ cup) Cake flour
150g (¾ cup) Sugar
25g (2 ½ tbsp) Cocoa
3g (½ tsp) Salt
1 Egg
Water – 3 Tbsp / 45g
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. For the dough: In a bowl add flour, dry yeast, sugar, powdered milk and salt. Mix it a little and then add warm water and vanilla. Mix it and add butter and knead it well. Let it rest for a while.
  2. For filling: In a bowl add flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix and add egg and butter. Knead it ad let it rest.
  3. Divide the dough into 20 balls and save then for later. Repeat that procedure with filling.
  4. Spread the dough ball add the filling ball. Merge them and spread it. Incise and then roll them. Put them onto a baking pan. Coat them with egg. Bake them at 170C for 15 minutes.
