Fluffy bread: perfect for a quick and tasty dinner!

Ready in a few minutes, this bread is super delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
900g (7 cups) flour
300ml (1 1/5 cups) warm milk
300ml (1 1/5 cups) warm water
4g (1 tsp) salt
7g dry yeast
Olive oil
Parsley

METHOD
  1. Add flour, yeast, water, milk, and salt to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough. Leave to rest for 60 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll out with a rolling pin.
  3. Bake on high heat in a pan. Coat with oil and parsley. Serve.
