Ham chips: delicious and crunchy, one leads to another!

Quick, easy and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS
3 medium potatoes
75g (½ cup) ham, cut into small cubes
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
1 egg
40g (5 tbsp) cornstarch
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
1. Boil potatoes with skin on until soft. Let cool down then peel and mash.
2. Combine potato puree with ham cubes, egg, and cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Fill a large pastry bag with potato mixture and pipe it out right into the hot oil, cutting each individual portion with scissors.
4. Fry potato balls for 5 minutes or until deep golden brown and crispy.
