Transform frozen crinkle-cut fries into a deep-fried party appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
• 450g French fries
• 1 cup cheddar
• 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Flour
• eggs
• panko
• Oil for frying
 
METHOD
1. In a food processor, chop the fried potatoes .
2. Add grated cheddar, green onions and sour cream. Make balls with a spoon for ice cream, roll in flour, egg, then in panko.
3. Deep-fry in vegetable oil 180C until golden brown for about 3 minutes
