Fat burner, whitens teeth and is a natural anti-inflammatory. Here’s a quick and easy way to make it at home.
INGREDIENTS
300g coconut
400ml warm water
300g coconut
400ml warm water
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend the coconut and warm water.
2. Filter the mixture to separate the liquid from the pulp.
3. Refrigerate the liquid overnight.
4. Using a spoon, remove the butter that has formed on top
5. Cook it in a pan for about 5 minutes, or until the water it contains has evaporated completely.
6. Filter the oil and store it in an airtight container.
