Coconut cookies: tasty and easy to make

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
130g (3/4 cup) of sugar
10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
260g (2 cups) of coconut flour
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix until sugar dissolves. Add the coconut flour gradually and continue with mixing. When all is combined well knead it with hands until all is well absorbed.
2. Oil the hands and form the cookies. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
3. Transfer the cookies to the oven and bake at 160°C/320°F for 25 minutes.
4. Serve them all together on a serving plate and decorate them with powdered sugar.
