Piadina basket: the original and alternative way to serve a beautiful salad!

INGREDIENTS
1 pita
Rocket leaves
2 tbsp melted butter
Lettuce
80g cherry tomatoes
50g olives 
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Spread pita with melted butter, transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix together rocket leaves, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill pita with prepared salad.
