Tomato fritters: perfect for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Crepes:
200g Cherry tomatoes
2 Eggs
200ml (1 cup) Milk
20ml (1 1/2 tbsp) Oil
10g (1 tbsp) Sugar
4g (1 tsp) Salt
10g (1 tbsp) Baking powder
150g (1 cup) Flour
Filling:
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
1 Onion
200g Ground beef
100g (1 cup) Cooked rice
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
5g (1 tsp) Paprika
METHOD
200g Cherry tomatoes

150g (1 cup) Flour
Filling:
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
1 Onion
200g Ground beef
100g (1 cup) Cooked rice
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
5g (1 tsp) Paprika
METHOD
- For the crepes: In a bowl add cherry tomatoes, eggs, milk, oil, salt and pepper. Blend it all together. Add flour, baking powder and mix it. Fry the crepes and spread the butter on top of each.
- For the filling: In a pan with oil add chopped onion. Fry a little bit and add ground beef. Cover with lid and cook for a while. Add spices, mix and then add cooked rice.
- Put the filling on the crepe and roll it. Serve.
