Baked stuffed tomatoes: a tasty dinner idea ready in 35 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

250g ground-meat

1 onion, chopped

1 egg

Salt

Pepper

½ tsp paprika

1 clove of garlic

4 tsp oil

1 tbsp flour (all purpose)

Green onions

7 tomatoes

Cheese

Zucchini

Olives

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 cloves garlic

100ml (0.42 cup) water

1 tsp salt

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients for the ground meat.
Cut and stuff the tomatoes. Sprinkle each tomato with cheese and garnish with zucchini slices and olive.
Put the tomatoes in a mold and pour over the cooked tomato sauce. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
