Stuffed tomatoes: a fresh and original idea!

Just crack the eggs into the tomatoes to make a special dinner in a few steps! 

INGREDIENTS
12 tomatoes;
12 eggs;
salt and pepper;
oregano and basil.
METHOD
  1. Empty out the tomatoes and place them into muffin cups.
  2. Season each egg with salt and pepper, crack the egg in and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes.
