Stuffed buns with escarole: the delicious recipe for your special dinner!

If you’re a bread beginner, this recipe is perfect for you! 

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) warm milk
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh or instant yeast
2 1/2 tbsp Sugar 
1 tbsp White vinegar
2 eggs 
110ml (1/2 cup) Vegetable oil
1 tsp Salt
1kg (8 cups) Flour 
5 cups of Escarole, washed and chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Olives, halved
2 tbsp Pine Nuts
Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Salt 
1/3 tsp Pepper 
Egg wash

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together milk, yeast and sugar. Add in egg whites, oil and salt. Mix it with flour, add the oil and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Boil the escarole in hot water for a minute. In a pan fry sliced garlic with red pepper flakes and pine nuts, add in escarole, species and olives, sauté for a few minutes.
  2. Make 8 balls from the prepared dough, let it rest for another 10 minutes, then roll it out and put the prepared mixture onto each. Roll it into and transfer to a baking pan, spread with egg yolks mixture and bake for 35 minutes at 180’C(356’F).
