Stuffed loin slices: the easy recipe for a delicious dinner

They’re easy enough for a great weeknight meal, but they’re fancy enough to impress guests!
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 3/4 cups) of breadcrumbs
20g (4 tbsp) of parmesan cheese
Parsley
Garlic
800g of pork loin
200g of cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
METHOD
- In a bowl add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic and mix all well together.
- Now take the slices and arrange a part of cheese on a slice and cover with a second slice of pork. Continue in this way until you run out of slices and cheese.
- Grease one side of the stuffed slices and pass this side in the breadcrumbs.
- Prepare a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper, grease it lightly and arrange the slices, placing them on the already breaded side.
- Now brush the non-breaded side and spread the breading evenly, then grease again and season with salt.
- Bake in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
