Bell pepper rolls: the tasty dish to try!

Perfect for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
7 peppers (yellow and red)
Extra virgin olive oil
100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
70g (3/4 cup) of parmesan
Parsley
150g of baked ham
150g of cheese

METHOD
  1. Arrange the peppers into the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
  2. When the peppers are evenly cooked while they are still hot, wrap them in parchment paper and then in aluminum.
  3. Let them cool down slowly then proceed to peel them, the skin should come off very easily. Also, remove the seeds and divide them into 3-4 layers.
  4. Pour the olive oil over the peppers and grease them well.
  5. Prepare the mixture with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and chopped parsley.
  6. Arrange the pepper slices and add the ham and pieces of the cheese and roll the peppers on themselves, forming a roll.
  7. Pour a drizzle of oil on a pan and arrange the rolls neatly, sprinkle with more breadcrumbs mixture
  8. Pour more oil over them and bake in a hot oven at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
