Bell pepper rolls: the tasty dish to try!

INGREDIENTS

7 peppers (yellow and red)
Extra virgin olive oil
100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
70g (3/4 cup) of parmesan
Parsley
150g of baked ham
150g of cheese

METHOD
- Arrange the peppers into the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
- When the peppers are evenly cooked while they are still hot, wrap them in parchment paper and then in aluminum.
- Let them cool down slowly then proceed to peel them, the skin should come off very easily. Also, remove the seeds and divide them into 3-4 layers.
- Pour the olive oil over the peppers and grease them well.
- Prepare the mixture with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Arrange the pepper slices and add the ham and pieces of the cheese and roll the peppers on themselves, forming a roll.
- Pour a drizzle of oil on a pan and arrange the rolls neatly, sprinkle with more breadcrumbs mixture
- Pour more oil over them and bake in a hot oven at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
