Coconut cherry pudding: a no-bake dessert to try!

So creamy and delicious, the result will leave you speechless!

INGREDIENTS
• 1l / 33.8oz milk
• 6 tbsp cornstarch
• 300ml / 10.1oz Coconut Milk
• 80g grated coconut
• 200ml / 6.8oz cream
• 200ml / 6.8oz condensed milk
 
For syrup:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup plum
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cream, brew. Pour into a pudding mold. Cool for 2 hours.
  2. Melt sugar, pour water. Mix. Put a plum. Mix. Pour the prepared syrup onto chilled pudding.
