DRIED TOMATOES IN OIL: the original recipe to make them delicious!

INGREDIENTS
2kg of tomatoes
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of sugar
1/2 liter (2 cups) of olive oil
 
METHOD
1. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Season with salt, sugar, and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Place them in the oven to dry at 120°C (250°F) for about 8-10 hours.
4. Once dried, layer the tomatoes in a jar, alternating with layers of olive oil. This will prevent air bubbles from forming between the layers.
