Cauliflower mini pizzas: a few simple ingredients for a delicious dish!

A delicious idea to cook cauliflower! 

INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
5 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Basil leaves

METHOD
  1. Cut the cauliflower and cover it with egg and breadcrumbs.
  2. Place it in a pan and bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Take it from the oven and add tomato sauce and mozzarella.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes. Decorate with basil leaves and serve.
