Gratin cauliflower: a delicious and healthy side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
6 cherry tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
100g of cheese
100g of speck
Black olives
1 clove of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
30g (4 tbsp) of breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
METHOD
1. Clean and cut the cauliflower and add the flowers to the boiling water. Boil for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and green pepper into small pieces.
3. Transfer the cauliflower to the bowl and add the cut vegetables, cheese, speck, black olives, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix. Add the olive oil and breadcrumbs and mix them all well together.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Pour the olive oil on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
