Walnut cookies: original and beautiful to look at!

So easy and beautiful, you only need some walnuts seed coat to make them!

INGREDIENTS

220g (1 cup) butter

70g (1/3 cup) cup sugar

a pinch of salt

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

270g (2 cups) flour

60g (1/2 cup) cornstarch

1/2 tsp baking powder

Hazelnut cream

Walnuts

METHOD

In a bowl mix together butter and sugar, add in eggs. Add in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Divide the walnut into 2 pieces, remove the middle of the nut, wrap each piece with foil and then wrap it with prepared dough.
Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 15 minutes.
Fill walnut cookies with hazelnut cream and walnut.
