Watermelon Rice Crispie Cake

Ingredients:
40g Butter
300g Marshmallows
170g Puffed Rice Cereal
Green Food colouring
Red Food colouring
2 Tbsp chocolate Chips
 
Instructions:
Melt half of the butter and then add in half of the marshmallows and melt completely.
Add in enough green food colouring to make it a vibrant green, add a little at a time.
Pour in half of the cereal.
Mix well
Spray 22cm ‘pie’ tin with baking spray and add in the green cereal.
Spray your hands and then form the green cereal around the edge to form the ‘rind’ of the watermelon.
Repeat the processes above with the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) swapping out the green food colouring for red.
Add this mix to the center of the watermelon and again with oiled hands push this in to form the heart of the watermelon.
Arrange the chocolate chips to look like seeds.
Allow to cool and set completely.
Turn out cut in to slices.
Add an ice lolly stick.
