Crispy Rice Cereal Chocolate Cheesecake: the dessert you fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
150g puffed rice
150g puffed rice
200g milk chocolate
400g mascarpone
300ml whipped cream
120g white chocolate
METHOD
1. Melt the milk chocolate and combine with puffed rice.
2. Mix mascarpone with whipped cream and white chocolate.
3. Pour the puffed rice and the cream onto a baking sheet.
4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
