Breakfast biscuits: just a few ingredients to make the best treat ever!

Easy, quick, and delicious, the whole family will love them!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300 g (2 ⅜ cup) flour;
2 eggs;
1 egg yolk;
200 g (1 cup) sugar;
¼ tsp salt;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
7g (1 package) baking powder;
7g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder;
30ml (2 tbsp) milk;
150ml (10 tbsp) vegetable oil.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Whisk eggs with salt, sugar, vanilla powder and vegetable oil until it becomes thicker and paler.
- Combine flour with baking powder and pour liquid ingredients in. After kneading for a few minutes you should be left with slightly sticky, soft and buttery dough.
- Roll the dough into a log, cut in half and transfer onto a parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Whisk egg with cocoa and a few tablespoons. Brush cocoa mixture on top of the cookie log and make some marks with a fork on top to decorate it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, leave to cool down slightly before slicing.
