Banana pancake: the easy recipe for an original breakfast!

This method is incredible! Try it to make the best banana pancakes ever!

INGREDIENTS

200g (1 ½ cup) all-purpose flour;

12g (3 tsp) baking powder;

25g (2 tbsp) sugar;

a pinch of salt;

1 egg;

300ml (1 ¼ cup) milk;

3 bananas, peeled and cut in half.

METHOD

Use an empty clean plastic bottle with a large bottleneck.
Fill the bottle with flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, egg and milk. Screw the bottle cap on and shake well until everything is combined.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place two banana halves and pour the batter on top.
Cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side, flipping carefully halfway through.
Serve topped with powdered sugar, maple syrup and cranberries.
